(“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Service

If you decide not to read this entire Privacy Policy, we want you to walk away with a few key points:

• The photo or video editors that allow users to edit portraits with highly realistic facial transformations.
• We do not use photographs or videos you provide when you use the Apps for any reason.
• We use third-party cloud providers - specifically, Firebase cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services - to process and edit photographs and videos
• You only send to the cloud the photographs or videos that you specifically select for editing.
• Photographs or videos are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the editing process.
• After the process is completed, the images are permanently deleted from our Cloud Server.

Data we collect

The app collects user-uploaded facial images solely for the purpose of applying styles and filters. No biometric identifiers or facial recognition data are extracted, stored, or used for any other purposes.

How We Use Your face data.

The uploaded face image is temporarily processed on our secure server to apply selected styles and filters. Once the processing is complete, the modified image is sent back to the user, and the original image is immediately deleted from the server. We do not use face data for analytics, advertising, user profiling, or any other secondary purposes.

No Third-Party Sharing

No, face data is not shared with any third parties. The images are temporarily stored on our secure server only for processing. After the transformation is completed, the images are permanently deleted from our system. We do not transfer, share, or sell user data to any external entities.

Retention of Face Data

Face data is only retained for the duration of processing. Once the styles or filters are applied, the image is immediately deleted from our server. We do not store or retain any face data beyond the processing session.

Service is the mobile application operated.

Personal Data

Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

Usage Data

Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit, number of times a page was visited. etc).

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
